Job Description:
Beierholm, a leading accounting and consulting firm, is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues - Adaptable to changing priorities and situations - Demonstrated leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
