Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Joe & The Juice is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a driven and reliable individual who excels in communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Provide product information and assistance to clients to help them make informed decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage client relationships - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Proficient in people management and problem-solving - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
