Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our team at Nilfisk in København, Capital, DK. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Provide technical support to clients regarding our products and services - Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
