Client Support Representative

Bavarian Nordic, a leading biotechnology company located in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, is seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or concerns that our clients may have. This role requires a high level of independence and resilience, as you will need to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace.

In addition to providing support to our clients, you will also be responsible for conducting research, preparing presentations, and delivering information in a clear and concise manner. Strong research and presentation skills are a must for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: independence and resilience. You should be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone who is proficient in research and presentation. You should be able to gather information quickly and present it in a way that is easily understandable to others.
