Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team at Vestas Wind Systems in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions to develop the skills of contact center agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance contact center operations - Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of service - Prepare and present reports on contact center performance to senior management


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a contact center environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent decision-making and analytical skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
