Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Contact Center Manager to join our team at Daloon in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize contact center operations - Train and mentor contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Prepare and present reports on contact center performance to senior management


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
