Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Genmab is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a contact center environment. The Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations


Requirements: - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in managing a contact center team - Knowledge of contact center technologies and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
