Job Description:
3Shape is seeking a motivated and driven Contact Center Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact center department, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed - Train and mentor contact center agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and address any system or process gaps - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to contact center agents to drive continuous improvement - Create and maintain detailed reports on contact center performance and communicate insights to senior management - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contact center management to drive innovation and efficiency
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Critical thinking and adaptability - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
