Job Description:
Leo Pharma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team. This position is a work-from-home opportunity based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of contact center agents and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This role involves managing daily operations, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and working closely with other departments to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of contact center agents, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and support - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Implement best practices for contact center operations and customer interactions - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes - Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in contact center management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Motivated and energetic personality traits - Emotional intelligence and innovation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
