Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

3Shape is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This full-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures at all times. 8. Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 6. Leadership skills to help mentor and guide junior team members. 7. Comfortable with remote work and using technology to communicate with customers. 8. A passion for customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
