Contact Center Representative - Work from home

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team at IT University of Copenhagen startups. This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, with an Associate Level seniority and a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Contact Center Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers, providing excellent customer service and assistance - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to team projects - Meeting and exceeding individual and team KPIs

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Experience with strategic planning and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
