Job Description:
As a Contact Center Representative at Søstrene Grene, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat. This role will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and orders related to our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and order status - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Processing orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Negotiation skills and attention to detail as soft skills - Must be able to work full-time hours from a remote location
