Job Description:
DSV Panalpina is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Manage customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Research customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their specific requirements - Assist in the development of customer care strategies and initiatives to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and operations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Strong people management skills - Excellent research abilities to identify customer needs and preferences - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
