Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Bang & Olufsen, a renowned luxury audio company, is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Assist customers with inquiries, product troubleshooting, and technical support. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Uphold the company's reputation for excellence by delivering top-notch service at all times. - Manage customer databases and update customer information as needed.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. - Persuasive and adaptable, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
