Job Description:
Lundbeck, a leading pharmaceutical company in København, DK, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, and possess strong project management and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person - Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions - Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and refunds - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with sales support and product inquiries - Participate in training and professional development opportunities - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve customer service processes
Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
