Customer Service Associate

Fiberline Composites is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests - Conduct research and gather information to provide accurate and detailed responses to customer inquiries - Maintain a high level of attention to detail when processing orders, updating customer information, and documenting interactions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention through feedback and suggestions - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail - Ability to research and analyze information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Must be resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems and exceed customer expectations
