Job Description:
Vestas Wind Systems is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in København, Denmark. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve and troubleshoot issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to meet customer service goals. 9. Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow team members.
Requirements: 1. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced remote environment. 2. Driven attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
