Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

SP Group is seeking a hardworking and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve our customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 2. Research skills to investigate and resolve customer issues effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
