Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at GN Store Nord in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance targets
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Confidence in making decisions and resolving conflicts - Proficiency in project management and research - Adaptable to new technology and processes - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Experience working with a diverse team and customer base
