Job Description:
As the Customer Service Manager at Søstrene Grene in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring that all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be leading a team of customer service representatives, setting goals and targets for the team, and providing training and coaching to help them deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve department goals and objectives. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure the department is delivering a world-class experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. 5. Motivated and driven personality traits. 6. Critical thinking and creativity soft skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities. 9. Experience working in a retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
