Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Danske Commodities is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This is a full-time remote position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service.


As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the customer service department to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:


- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives - Handling escalated customer complaints and issues - Analyzing customer feedback and data to make strategic business decisions - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Monitoring customer service performance metrics and KPIs


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: reliable and driven. In addition, strong soft skills in negotiation and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
