Remote Customer Service Officer

Rockwool International is seeking a motivated and resilient Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in København, Denmark. As a global leader in sustainable stone wool solutions, we are committed to creating a more sustainable future through innovative products and solutions.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rockwool products and services - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals - Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
