Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team at A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address any inquiries or issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Adaptable and energetic personality - Excellent persuasion and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
