Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

JYSK is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Adaptability and strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
