Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Phase One is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other service-related issues. 3. Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide the best possible solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to help improve our products and services.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Previous experience with CRM systems and knowledge of customer service best practices.
