William Demant Holding is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
