Remote Customer Service Representative

Integrated Service Solutions is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As a full-time entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Meet and exceed customer service metrics and targets

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
