Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Demant is currently seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team and work from home in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
