Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Chr. Hansen Holding in Frederiksberg, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide assistance and answer questions - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to help drive customer success and account growth - Monitor customer accounts and provide proactive support to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Use CRM software to track customer interactions and update account information - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and needs to help shape future strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Danish is preferred
