Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Maersk Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction. 2. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. 3. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer growth and retention. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product/service improvements. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 4 years in a customer success or account management role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Driven and reliable personality traits. 5. Proficient in strategic planning and people management. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
