MiR is looking for a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in København, DK. As a full-time Associate Level position, we are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and energetic, with excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and feedback - Identify and communicate trends in customer issues to management - Provide feedback to improve customer support processes
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication skills - Strategic planning abilities - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
