Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Officer at LEGO Group, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with other team members to coordinate and escalate complex customer concerns as needed.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address escalated customer concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and policies. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
