Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job description: FLSmidth & Co is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat channels - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve product and service offerings - Strategic planning to increase customer retention and loyalty - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations - Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service - Analytical skills to gather and interpret customer data - Strategic planning skills to improve customer support processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
