Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Daloon in København, Capital, Denmark. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team meetings and discussions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Passionate about helping others and adapting to changing circumstances - Emotional intelligence and strong teamwork skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
