Job Description:
Salling Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in live chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer service - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat response times and increase conversion rates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate live chat into our overall customer service strategy - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve our live chat operations - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in live chat management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry - Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade and influence others - Energetic and dedicated personality with a passion for customer service - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment - Experience with chat software and CRM systems - Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently
