Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Radiometer Medical is seeking a driven and motivated Live Chat Representative to join our team in København, Denmark. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support through online chat communication. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate more complex issues when necessary - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information - Document customer interactions and follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience - Identify trends and make recommendations for improvement in customer service processes - Meet established performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative - Experience with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
