Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Milestone Systems is seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess strong leadership skills, and have exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers to provide real-time support and assistance - Proactively engage with website visitors and guide them through the sales process - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize chat responses and drive conversions - Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
