Online Account Support Manager Job Description:
William Demant Holding, a leading company in the hearing healthcare industry, is seeking a talented Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a full-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for online account management and support for our clients. - Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue. - Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Provide training and support to account managers and sales representatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online account support services. - Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance the online account support experience.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in online account management or customer support. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable and motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Innovative mindset with excellent project management skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools. - Fluency in English and Danish.
