Job Description:
As an Online Client Support Associate at Carlsberg Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. Your main duties will include managing client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance through various online channels - Resolve client issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to clients - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Energetic and confident personality traits - Ability to negotiate and lead client interactions effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
