Job Description:
As an Online Client Support Officer at 3Shape, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who utilize our online platform. This role involves assisting clients with any technical issues they may encounter, guiding them through the platform, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with our development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, as well as provide valuable feedback for future platform enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and technical support requests in a timely and professional manner - Guide clients through the online platform, demonstrating its features and functionality - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the development team when necessary - Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall client support processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and motivated personality - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
