Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Novo Nordisk is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience 5. Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to customers 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms 6. Energetic and motivated personality traits 7. Presentation skills 8. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
