Job Description:
MiR is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience - Assist customers with product information, sizing, and availability - Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall online shopping experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any negative comments or trends - Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and new releases
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Innovative mindset and willingness to adapt to changes in technology and processes - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
