Job Description:
Ambu is seeking a highly experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role at the mid-to-senior level. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online customer service operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction ratings to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and IT, to address customer concerns and improve online service offerings. 5. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service. 7. Implement and maintain online customer service policies and procedures. 8. Track and report key performance indicators related to online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in online customer service management. 3. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 4. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 5. Creativity and innovation in developing online customer service solutions. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
