Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Danfoss is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Online Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients and ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately - Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the online shopping experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers with their inquiries - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Adaptable and able to work well independently or as part of a team - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong people management skills
