Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Integrated Service Solutions is seeking an entry-level Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Online Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat. 2. Assist customers with order placements, product inquiries, and issue resolutions. 3. Utilize effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and exceed service level goals. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the company database. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements. 8. Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers through live chat. 2. Driven and reliable individual with a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to negotiate and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and deliver exceptional service. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Experience in customer service or related field is a plus but not required.
