Support Associate

The LEGO Group is seeking a passionate and driven Support Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with product testing and quality assurance - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Experience working with CRM software is a plus
