Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team at IT University of Copenhagen startups. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in København, Capital, DK. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support professionals and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is an associate level position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed - Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and improve customer satisfaction - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to ensure team and individual performance goals are met - Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance for professional development - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field - 5+ years of experience in a customer support or help desk management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus
