Job Description - Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: As a Web Chat Assistant at Søstrene Grene, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through web chat communication. This role requires you to work from home, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order support. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner through web chat - Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise - Conduct research to address customer questions and provide informed solutions - Use persuasion skills to upsell products and services when appropriate - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times


Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
