Job Description - Senior Manager, Global Sales Excellence

About the role:

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Sales Excellence, where you will play a crucial role as a strategic business partner, empowering our sales teams to consistently achieve peak performance. By implementing innovative tools, processes, and best practices, you will enhance collaboration across the organization to drive revenue maximization and customer impact.

Position Description:

  • Project Management: Guide the strategic development and rollout of significant initiatives across various functions, encompassing product debuts and international rollouts.
  • Sales Capabilities: Foster continuous development of sales skills and competencies, cultivating a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Sales Processes: Define, develop, and implement standardized global sales processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Sales Effectiveness : Spearhead the creation and execution of strategies and initiatives aimed at improving sales outcomes, thereby increasing revenue, and strengthening market presence.
  • Sales Excellence: Elevate sales excellence by providing sales teams with a robust toolkit of tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Support: Develop and present recommendations for commercial improvements to key stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • Relevant experience in Sales Excellence, Key Account Management, or Sales Management, ideally with a background in management consulting or in-house sales excellence functions.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment, particularly within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.

Personal competences:

  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, technologies (CRM, Sales Enablement Tools), and data analytics.
  • Proven international project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with proficiency in creating compelling slide decks.
