Job Description - Senior Specialist within QMS

We are seeking a proactive Senior Specialist to join the QMS&IT department to be part of the global rollout of our Quality Management System and ensure related processes are matured and incorporated into the business.

About the job

As a senior specialist, you will be the process owner of selected processes and play a crucial role in ensuring their integrity, compliance, and efficiency.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain selected global quality processes, including policies, corporate SOPs, WI, and templates, both within and outside the Veeva Quality Management System.
  • Plan, quantify, and drive global implementation of selected quality processes.
  • Lead the ownership, implementation, and maintenance of selected Veeva process modules.
  • Participate in inspections from authorities and customers.

Who are you?
We imagine you have at least 5 years of documented experience with QMS within the pharmaceutical industry and experience with classical quality processes such as document management, training management, risk management, deviation management, change control management, etc.

Additionally, we imagine that you:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a strong knowledge of European pharmaceutical legislation
  • Have experience with planning and driving process projects
  • Have experience managing a global process setup
  • Are self-driven, highly structured, and adaptable to a changing environment

Job Location
The position is located at our headquarters in Odense. You also have the opportunity to work partially from home, depending on your tasks.
